We were amazed by the level of customer service, amenities provided and the cleanliness. We were so happy there, didn’t need to think of anything - everything needed was provided. And thermal pools are just perfect located just couple of minutes away from the chalet we were staying at. Highly recommend!

帶孩子住超級舒服，有很大的溫泉和小童遊樂區，工作人員也很nice。房間走路到溫泉有點冷要多穿，住客去溫泉可以打折，帶上門口給的卡片

去溫泉定的這個住宿，離陶波湖有點距離，但是泡溫泉很近。 住在酒店泡溫泉有優惠，可以泡私人池。 房間裡有空調冬天很暖和。

직원분들이 정말 친절했어요. 핫풀을 이용하기 정말 좋았고, 한번 입장료를 내면 하루를 계속 이용할 수 있다는 점도 좋았어요.. 타우포호수와도 가깝고 좋았습니다.

I booked a Cabin with Kitchen, It did not mention, the Shower and toilet are shared. When I take the option in 訂房網站, The rest of Cabin did mention shared Bathroom and Toilet, Mine did not mention it was shared. The staff told me to upgrade it to other Carbin with Own bathroom. I said, it should not be a upgrade, it should included. I said : May I talk to the manager? She said, results will be the same. If it is a shared Bathroom, it should state in decription. Other than this, everything is fine and good.

Internet was overloaded and non usable at night but there was no one to fix the issue. Dishwasher kept beeping with an error message but no one to help. Room was a bit outdated, and it would've been better if the hot pools admission were included in the superior cabin stays, especially when half of the pools were out of commission for renovations.

這家旅館打破了我對汽車旅館一貫的認知，不知道是紐西蘭的汽車旅館是不是普遍如此？到店已經接近傍晚七點了，入住非常快捷，拿了鑰匙就回房間了，獨棟的兩臥小屋就在接待處後面，打開房門就給了我驚喜，有很大的客廳和廚房，廚具也是很齊全，衞浴也是分離的雖然不是很大。房間不大，一個是大床一個是雙床，也很乾凈。實際比圖片上更好！這裡的酒店民宿汽車旅館也好，熨斗都是必備的，這點我很喜歡。門前很開闊，還可以坐在廊下喝茶。就是水上樂園提前關門了，本來是到八點的這天七點就關了，入住時前台給一張單子可以享受優惠價格進場，如果要去的話要早點入住才行。停車方便且車位很多，門前就可以停，去超市也就幾分鐘車程，性價比很高。做飯的時候還出現了彩虹，太幸運了！

The room needs to be updated. Old building & dirty carpet & bed. Need to walk 200 meters to the pool is not acceptable in the cold winter. There’s no car can directly access near the pools. We have to walk a steep driveway up and down to get to the pools. The changing room is liked a public toilet with no changing facilities like lockers. Pools are so dated with rusty pipes showing. Overall not worth it for USD95 a night.
